Hey ho as u can see from piccies im havin probs 1 of them is ok as u can see checked my ph got it to 6 as Knowm said(cheers) but im still alot worried.. if someone could treat me like a retard and explain to me please:
1) How often should i be watering these and how. (do i stand them in a tray of ph 6 water, if so how long for?
2) Do they need a bit of feed?
3)Is it the light 200 watt cfl right on top of them? but then a couple of them look lovely!
4)Am i worrying to much? lol ( or maybe i smoke too much shrub!)

Hey Tony! Top of the day to ya!
First off I would like to say congrats for making it this far (the forum that is). Now your in good hands with great folk like Widow Maker, Garden Knowm, RollItUp, and of course myself. (LOL).
Looks like your at the same exact place I am with the grow from what I see in your pics. About 2 1/2-3 weeks in. I also use Rookwool cubes.
1. Rockwool cubes can be lifted to see how heavy they are - Heavy = wet, light = dry. I water my plants at this stage every other day with light nutes.
I use a 2 gallon bucket filled with my mix of nutes. I do the dunk proceedure --> Dunk, Lift, dunk, lift until I get enough nutes throughout the cube. About 6-10 times. Then I hold and let excess water drain for a min.
2. Every other day with light nutes. My nutes are very concentrated (very concentrated) nutes so there for I use 35ppm until the third stage of leafs show up. Your on two right now! Then I bump it up to my beginning streangth of 78ppm. Every nute on the market is different so go by the lable on your nutes for beginning full veg. cycle.
3. 200w cfl should be a couple of inces above the plants if it's not putting out much heat. I use a T-5 system and I place about 3inches above my plants. Main Idea here is to keep them from stretching. This only makes for weak plants.
4. Better to worry some, then not at all! You'll do just fine. And your plants look great. Just get some light nutes going and you'll be ok!
