Help I just bought one week old gsc clone's

If it's 1 week old...it probably doesn't have established roots yet.
New clones need humidity and no direct light for awhile when they are new.

Is that Powdery mildew on your leaves?

Hope you didn't pay much. Is that bark dust you planted in?

So many things wrong with this one lol those plants have sun burn and will struggle for a while if they survive to much wood in your soil so the ph dropped way low being very acidic by nature and now you have what’s known as lockout just my guess without really knowing soil type amendments added and soil ph so along with my guess of low ph you will need to add somethings to your soil to bring the ph back up with all of that being said tell us all of the details and I as well as many others could help a lot more

Looks like you planted in bark and grass clippings. Fresh cut grass generates a lot of heat when composting and will likely kill your plant.
Please read a book if you want to get serious

Ya might want to transplant asap into a good soil, do a little research. And besides what every one else said, those old paint buckets there in are flat out toxic to any living thing.
