I place bamboo sticks across top n hold the plant up side down with the pot n let plant soak for 20 minutes

Broad mites will often go for the pistils on a cannabis flower. They often don't show them selves until then. If you get water or nutrient solution on the flower it can cause a similar reaction to what you have. Good luck
