Help hanging CFLs in cabinet

I am building a small veg cabinet for my clones. It's about 1.5x1.5x3 ft. I am using 42 watt cfls with y-splitters connected to a power strip. These cfls are pretty heavy but I think i can hold them with zip ties.

Problem is I want to hang them horizontally on the side because I heard they give off better light that way, but I don't know how to hold the power strip in place. Chains, velcro, hooks, etc ? What works best. Anyone with a similar setup got any advice or examples. Thanks

maybe zipstrip it to a 1"x4" then use the board to attach it to the cabnet or chains or whatever.
