HELP, gfreemans new apt. in need of GREENERY!

so, im in a new apt. im liking this place, but i dont have the freedom of my last apartment. so, im actually going to have to contruct something to accomodate my beauties, and my 150whps.

SO, my question is, what route should i take?

should i contruct a pvc panda film box?

should i build a custom box from wood?

Or my fav. should i take this dresser i got, with a space of 18" wide x 15" deep x 26" high. and turn that into a grow box? (this is only one compartment of a larger dresser, which i could one day turn into a growing 'system')

I have nothing for ventilation as of right now. but im thinking a 4" inline fan/filter combo w.speed controller.

PLEaSE. drop your comments and ideas as im ever the openminded one.

Hey sir im moving into a new apartment as well, originally was going to do the pvc tent idea but after i got to thinking WHAT IF a water pipe did burst and they came into your apartment? So im building/modding a cabinet that i can put a lock on, better safe than sorry.
