HELP! First time grower, Problem!

Hi there, im just wandaring if my plants look alright? They sproouted around 10 days ago but recently the big leaves have started dropping and and slowly turning yellow The new leaves forming aree also coming out yellow. I am watering keeping to sol dampish with a spray. and the light is around 8-10cm from the plants. 125 watt. cfl.
Any help?

its just new growth, kick back relax and watch the show. DON'T FERT FOR AT LEAST 2 WEEKS
if not 3. just use plain water, keep the soil damp but not soaked so the fresh baby roots can eat up that oxygen, and dont let it dry pout(helps to have a small spray bottle)

if your leaves are yellow in a bad way they will be yellow like a bananna, and dry as shit. seedlings have all the nutes they need to start stored with them in the seed

cheers mate. not feeding nutrients just yet. just watering. the soil has enough for 3 weeks i think.

soil can be strong at first,
can slightly mutate de babies
try rapid rooters or similar plugs next time
and if you see some slight leaf mutations don't worry, they should be ok once they get some girth to em.

when there is a serious problem your plant will let you know

Don't water till they get fairly dry and add a little fan for air movement.
