i have experianced slow growth, found 2 males after a week into flower,pulled them out, some seem to be ok just browning of leaves others look dead but still producing small flowers also found i had mites the first few days havent seen them since but have kept spraying every 3-5 days just in case

agreed with the over feeding and prolly got salt build up, flush you're pot's but with very weak nutes and also put some nutes in you're spray bottle including cal/mag and foliar feed them babies, i got a feeling you don't check ph.
