help determine what pest I have please

I must have some sort of pest but I've never seen this so I don't know what this is.... Small light colored round balls on the stems of leaves.

They don't seem to move and when I squeezed them with tweezers they seemed hard and actually shot out like a lil bb being pinched, one I think crushed but again shot out and I didn't see where they landed. I can't tell if this is something left behind by a pest of if these are the problem themselves..

I haven't seen any other issues on the plants, no spots on leaves, no spider mites..

anyone know what this is?

Get a spray bottle and wash your plant using dish soap and water or an insecticidal soap. Use your fingers or something gentle like a soft sponge to scrub the bugs off. Once you've clean the plants spray a light coat of neem oil or dust the plant with DE. Repeat in a week.

Yeah I already picked all those off, I found 5 total, only on that one plant.. so it is in the shower on quarantine. I'm going to spray it down with a neem oil and protekt mix later when I have more time. I happen to need to go to the supply shop for some 7.0 ph calibration mix anyway so I figures I could pick up some new more organic bug killer.

Do you think azamax would be good to use? I guess I'll read it when I go to the shop.. mattter of fact.. I gotta spend more time rockin and less time talking.. I'll check back later

Looks like insect eggs to me

I was just at the shop and looked at the Azamax pamphlet... they look most like Scales to me. In fact nearly exactly like scales, don't you guys think this is a pretty good match? The women in the shop says Scales don't really move around so that's why I can't see them moving... IDK.


well looking at both over and over mine look nearly perfectly round.... like you say, like insect eggs, but I can't find any insects.. hmm maybe something hitched a ride inside that new grow tent..

Either way they will all get a good spray down with azamax tonight.
