Well i recently built a 35 site cloner out of a medium sized dk blue rubbermaid ruffneck tub. I took a 525GPH pump and afixed a T off the top and attached a 90 on each end with small shrub sprinkler heads. super simple setup and so far quite effective all though i havent seen a single rooted clone from this system yet, but its only day 2. After replacing a shortlived pump and watchin the clones go limp the new pump revived em and they are standing up confidently and independently. My only concern is because i do not have a timer to run it in 1min on 5min off intervals i am forced to run the pump 24/7 and the pump is getting so hot to the point the water is reaching temps upwards of 88F degrees. Is there anything I can do in the meantime? will the roots still form or will i slowly kill my 30 clones? For now i have a fan set on high blowing on the tub to help cool it down.

Cover the tub in reflective material...light getting in and also because of the fact the bin is dark blue will raise the internal temps unless you reflect most of the light off it.

Raise the lights, your plants will obviously get less light, but the farther away the light is the more direct heat you are taking off the tub.

Get a smaller pump, which would be cheaper than a cycle timer and would cut down on heat a lot...
