Help! Clawed leaves.

So I've got some young plants grown from clones in soil. Black gold. The bigger fan leaves are clawed with a little burning on the tips. The small new growth is twisted and ugly. From searching the forums it sounds like too much nitrogen. Right?? What do you guys think? How do I fix this problem? Can I flush the nitrogen toxicity out of the soil? Can I use tap water to flush or should it be RO water? Any advice would be super appreciated. Growth seems extremely slow and I don't want to ruin these babies.

I use ro water from the machine at the store and Yes I used a 3/4 strength feeding of x nutrients grow and micro. Too soon? They have only been in the soil for a week.
