Help Choosing Lights

Hello, Im looking into Lights for my grow room, Its going to be 4sq. feet ( 2 x 2 ) , Im just looking to see what would be best, or for opinions. Thanks in advance.

Below are some lights I found at www.elightbulbs.com. If anyone knows any other sites that sell bulbs that ship to Canada, Please let me know.

Tell me which you think would be best for veg by saying 1,2, or 3. and if the lights I chose for Flower would be fine.

well they all sound like they will work fine...i would just recommend using a ccouple more if u use number 2 or 3
and a couple more on flower too

if u use 2 or 3 u can position them aroundthe plant better also

But #1 for Veg would be fine, I wouldnt need anymore? If so thats awesome. Because im only looking to spend around $50 for each set of lights.

You will do better on price and heat by going to Lowes or Home Depot and getting 42 watt cfls for about $10 each. They come in 2700k and 6500k and you can use them in $10 clamp reflectors with socket and cord. Those you can really position well. I used to use large cfls 85-220w, but now I only use 42s. By the way, if you have time you can do even better on bulbs from Amazon and even get free shipping.

Do you really mean "need" or do you mean best growth and yield? It depends on the space. You said the room is 2x2 but that doesn't mean all that is covered with plants. Using 1x2 as an example, and you can get 4 plants in that, I would say for veg 4-5 6500s and 2 2700s, with that reversed in flower. You can grow well with that, but that doesn't mean more wouldn't be better. If you buy extenders (those things that screw into a socket and have outlets on the side) and Y splitters you can put 2 42s in one large reflector.

Ok thanks, now I need to know about nutrients. Im not sure what to give to them during veg, or flower. I have access to Miracle Grow at my local Canadian Tire, but not sure what else there is. Im in Canada btw..
