Help!! Can you take a look of my plant? HAVE PIC

my plat is about 2 weeks from seed and i noticed that it has a little green? spot on the leaves and the mother leaves turns yellowish.
i grow my weed in the pc box i had 3 pc fans. 3 20watts cfl cool white. it just happens yesterday. i water 2 days a time or sometimes one day
depends on the soil. the temp is around 90 degreess in the morning. i actually grow 2 plant but it occurs only this plant. the other one looks fine. this is the pic

Seedlings can sprout and grow to that size in just plain water, so I would have to say your soil is your problem. Usually seedlings in soil such as that fix themselves as the roots get bigger. Just try and keep it happy.

I have washed dirt off the tap root on young seedlings like that and put them in different medium and they got healthy.

so what should i do? sorry that i dont understand you cleary. can you explain me more about it?
what do you mean by putting in different medium?

Try not to over water her. 90 degrees is hot, put a fan in there and she will be fine.
