HELP!! bubbles on stem

hi guys ive just opened my growroom and on close inspection i can see small bubbles each side on the stem and the bottom of my plant ....what are these?

Its a fuzzy pic, but if you are trying to determine sex, I would give it about another week or so.

Where are the bubbles...I don't see any?! Can u take another pic?

if u look at each side where the new stems are growing upwards at the base there are 2 bubbles

If it's the bubbled green around the branch that's normal its just the base of the new stem looks fine to me but a better pic will help!
