Help!!! Are we ready to harvest ?!?!

We are obvious noobs but have grown some good budz . But we do not know when to harvest . Thanx 4 the help .

And keep looking at em trichomes under some sort of magnification ..watch out for them to turn amber or reddish from milky white...thats wen they chop em' i guess....
