Help! Are my plants flowering way too early?

A brief about the plants: They were germinated indoors under 18/6 Light/Dark. They were growing relatively slow, I thought this might be because of my poor grow box setup. I then moved them outdoors where the sun rises at 05:30 and sets at 18:20. It gets almost 5hrs of direct sun and about 8hrs of indirect sunlight.
Kindly, confirm that the plant really is going into flowering and advise what I should do please :)

When you moved them outside instead of under lights 18/6 you shortened the light hours which caused the plants to go in to flower just as they would have had you switched to 12/12 under lights. 5:30 - 18:20 is under 13 hours. As the days get longer they may revert back to vegging. You should probably get some more going under lights indoors and don't put them outside until the days get much longer.

I'll have them flower then. Any suggestion for flowering? can I use NPK19-19-19? Or do I need no nitrogen in flowering?
I already have two other seedlings, hopefully these wont cum too early.

i suggest you just carry on as you are dude they look really healthy nice green growth coming through. the only problem i see is you won't have much of a yield offthat plant, but i just saw another guy that made the same mistake on another thread and his plant turned out beautiful nice and frosty in the end bro :)
