Help advice please

Ok so I have attached some photos for you guys to look at and was just curious on a few things, so this plant was planted as a seedling in this pot, it’s quite a large pot 12 inches wide by 11 inches deep, lately I have noticed as the plant has gotten bigger it’s growth is slowing, the last few weeks I have been using a growers chemical recommended to me by everyone but could it be it needs repotting ? Plants currently 15 inches high, also if I was to put it into flower now would it be worth it ? Also what do you guys think of the overall condition of the plant ? I was LST this plant but only to let the undergrowth catch up any tips would be helpful

The plants overall condition is poor. Its been overfed at a minimum. I dont see any signs of lst. Im guessing the there is or will be a root and or ph. Not sure whats on that leaf, black nasty looking stuff,soil?. Do you use a light or just a window grow? Im sure it would like a better home than out with the mason/drywall tools.

What chemical?
What substrate?
What light?
Everything and anything else would help too

Sorry to say my friend but she is looking very sad. Whatever you fed her looks like it’s toxic or maybe just too much. Lot of different stressors going on here.
