help about my plant

hello ..

i am growing a plant and it is 2 months old and i really dont know what it is male or a female..to find out the sex i am about to put it in 12/12 cycle ...the problem is i dont know why some of the leaves from the bottem of the plant are driyng out,,,,,,,,, and should i put it in 12 / 12 light by now.
tem is about 72 to 80
ph is 7
i dont use alot of nuet ..just added some blood meal to it for nitro like 3 wheeks ago...

I made the same mistake, and I ended up burning my plant. Try flushing the plant first, and see if the problem subsides for a day. To me that really does look like a burn though.

The plant will use up it's own nutes when it can not get it through it's roots.
This is natural towards the end of it's life.
To see it early own means a deficiency.

You say yours is 2 mo's.
This would not be a suprise.
I would actually expect the lower fan leaf braches to dry up and fall off.
This is the plant regenerating it's self.
The dead is the shell or the dead skin if you will.
The very top of the growth tips would be the newly generated.
So as the plant grows it also looses unnecessary foliage.

Just like everything else you can not have one with out the other.
Life/Death
Light/Dark
Yin/Yang

Pretty much as long it is just the lower part of the plant then don't worry to much. If it spreads up then you should be very concerned.
