i had a hole under a basement window , , they were coming in from there ,
there all dead now , used lemon grass seed spray , worked great but stinks
and i fixed the hole , lol

That's great. I have a large flying compost in my worm bin in my garbage during the summer, I guess that might look like a ant with wings. I had a few in my grow room from using fresh EWC. They didn't bother anything with the plant. I'll see if I can get a picture of one today.
I've not heard of lemon seed spray. Is it something you made?

the molasses aint for the plant bro, it is for the micro beasties in the soil... they have a simbiotic relationship with the plants roots and for their services(nutrient uptake, good soil life, etc...) the plant rewards them with carbs that they produced through photosynthesis... So like Jack said on his noob tip below, dont go talking if you cant back it up and hope it was a good lesson learned...
OK, I did learn something! I was parroting ABF and thought that was authority enough. Guess not!! When I strt my next grow I will give it a go and thank you all for the education. Never mind!!
