HELP! 5 weeks in flower, landlord coming over, need to move our grow ASAP! Advice?

We have 16 large females in flowering in our apartment under 2 lights. They are just entering the 5th week of 12/12 and starting to smell. They're all big, over 5 feet. We did everything right so far, and the flowers are looking incredible. By far the best crop we have ever had. Odor control is not really an issue as the air is filtered.

Problem is our lease expires tomorrow. Were not going to renew, because the landlord is raising the rent and were all broke college kids an cant afford it. We went ahead and paid through the end of next month to give ourselves time to find other places, and to give the weed time to finish growing.

Our land lord is going to want to show the apartment starting April 1st, and the weed cant be there for that. So were going to have to move it ASAP.

What is the best way to relocate plants during flowering?

Do I move them during the day, or during the night, and have the light come on at the same time it always does? I can move them to my dads house but he lives two hours away and I would have to get a Uhaul and drive them over there. Thats not only sketchy as fuck and a huge risk on my part, but how will this affect the plants? Will the yield be substantially less because of the stress associated with the move, or will it not matter that much as long as we keep the light cycles consistent?

My neighbor said he would be cool with us using his basement for the last 3 weeks but we would have to cut him in.

Does anyone have any advice? I would really appreciate it...

Either cut the neighbor in, or boogie to Dad.

Cost of U Haul, time, doo dah, doo dah, makes the neighbor look more attractive, if at all trustworthy.

If you paid the rent for the next month and there is no emergency of any sorts...dont sweat it, when he comes to the door, tell him he is not permmited to enter your residence, yes i said YOUR because as long as your rent is paid and no emergency has occured , he has no right to gain entry... as long as you didnt sign a lease stating he's allowed to enter with prior notice, your cool....

In our lease it says he is allowed to enter but must provide a "courtesy notice". It does not say how much notice he has to give us. Could be as little as a few hours potentially.

I would chop em and make hash, don't risk it....that's my opinion. If you need to move em I would move em at night like 2 in the morning, Uhall smallest one of course transport equip first set it up get it ready next get plants and put big garbage bags over them to cover and protect em load em up. Now comes the dangerous part.....drive to the location prolly will be the worst paranoia of your life, you'll be okay (DONT SMOKE WHILE TRANSPORTING PLANTS!!!!) and get em to the location and your good....GOOD LUCK

I've uhauled a grow or two.
Get where yer going setup and running first.
I did'em at night as soon as it got dark or early before sunrise, just because I felt better with that time frame.
The quicker the better,my opinion is to not give the landlord any grief.

if its illegal id cut them all and not even fuck with it, cause broke ass college kid sounds better then dumb ass felon, at least on any resume i bother looking at. make your own decision, of course, but that's my opinion. (option two nieghbors are nosy and already knows whats up, if your gonna be kicking it next door anyway then its gonna be a lot easier when homeboys like "hey i am a stupid asshole and knocked all the lights down and they crushed the dog shit out of those nugs, and oh yea i didnt shut them off either cause i didnt know what to do." or your dad could call up with the same situation and BAM help is two hours away)

That's a tough one, if you trust your neighbor then work out a deal with him/her and move your stuff there. Seems to be your best bet. Five foot ladies are gonna be tough to move stealthy

Good luck

man, i wish my old man would take in my ladies.
blood is thicker than thc.... but then how well do you know your neighbour? i wouldn't get your neighbour involved unless he's your tried-and-true blood brother *before moving in next door to each other. there's no reason he wouldn't cut himself in (literally) before he came at you for his cut, and there's no reason he might not just be like, "hey you don't live next door anymore, f off" (hope for the best, prepare for the worst).

rule #1 of transport: only break one law at a time.
as in, if you're transporting an illegal load, follow all the traffic laws. *all of them.
i'm with taint on not antagonising the landlord, either way.

if they're healthy ladies (and it sounds like they are) they'll be *fine*. just get them set up right quick. if you move your ladies there are you gonna stay with your dad until they're done?

Too risky telling landlord "you cant come in ive got rights", ok ,if he decides to come in when your not there ,your fucked(are you going to say he had no right coming in while in your jail cell?). You can change all locks to prevent this, and tell agent/landlord in a month when u move ,sorry forgot to give u a new key. Delay the landlord ,tell him your too busy for visits right now for a month. Or u can put them in your cupboard/closet with a lock ,pull down the grow room for the visit then put it back up again, burn stack of incence while he is there.
