would 3 27w cfls and 2 47w clfs and 1 150w hps be enough to grow and flower 2 plants? and how much would i get off of 1 plant with this set up?

that equals about 28,000 lumens which is plenty to grow two plants. how much you get depends completely on how well you grow and the genetics of the plants. one or two ounces per plant would be typical, 4 or more ounces per plant if everything goes right in your grow.

lots of variables in your setup, but i'll make some guesses:

cfls=for veg? If so confirm they are 6500k. I made the mistake of using 2700k's and they didn't do very well. CFL's have poor penetration, so you'll need to keep them very close, say 2" from plants. You'll also want to fim, lst them and scrog.

That 150w hps, is it a new bulb? If so, you should do very well with it with 2 plants. Key is to have enough air circulation, and keep heat below 90.
I see no reason why you couldn't get at least 2oz's per plant(with 2 plants) if done right.

again, without more information about your grow space, clarity of lighting, hvac setup, it's hard to judge.
