Hard to tell by this pic, but they do look small..
If the lights are 2 foot away from your plants then they are going to stretch (if your using CFL's), and they don't really seem stretched..

You also want your nutes changed, use once that have the N percentage the highest for Veg stage.

You want to have cfl's about 3inches from the top of your plant, you should consider LSTing your plant (heres a guide: https://www.rollitup.org/advanced-marijuana-cultivation/369528-low-stress-training-lst-guide.html) which will make it bush out a lot cause your plant isnt very busy at all. How many cfl's are you using?

As for the nutrients, at the end of the day nutrients are nutrients. I use tomato feed similar to yours and always will. You can get some nutes with high nitrogen values but i dont think they are worth the extra money.

i had the lights about 1 foot to 2 feet away maybe thats why there so puney.i have 2 26 watt 6500k daylight cfl's two vertical fluor's i dont know the specs on the wattage but i know my buddy grew with them..and a single 26 watt cfl i think its the 2700k warm cuz it exerts reddish light..but i dont know if thats good but i threw it in any ways ..and i have a long tube repti glo 5.0 fluor and 26 watt 2.0 repti glo cfl..and a 125 watt hydrofarm full spectrum 2700k warm for flowering.
does that sound ok..cuz this is my first time past the maybe week old seedlings.i always had to pull them out for some stupid reason.now that im legal i dont care..lol

i just pulled them down to about a foot from the top of the plant ill try closer so i dont stress it out .ill gradually pull it down now..so when i put them closer im going to have to be adjusting the light constantly ?

yes, as they grow you shift the light.. its good to check a couple of times a day just to be sure..
also make sure it's not hot to your hand where the canopy of the plant is. if it's too hot for you then also for the plant..

i usually check them every hour to two hours possibly even more then that..im on there ass
