Hello & nice to meet everyone.

It's been close to a decade since I was on the pot forums, I use to be on cannabis world, OG & a couple smaller ones back when I was growing.

Due to a bulging disk & pinched nerve in my back I've got a license for 10g/day, just waiting on my PPL. So I thought I'd get back on the forums, catch up on what's new since I was last around, share some pics of some pretty ladies & spare my fiancée from me endlessly rambling on about all things pot.

Hey! Sorry to hear about your back! Are you going to grow your own or do you have a DG? I've just applied for my personal license but would like to also have my DG license.

Growing my own, that's half the fun. I've had a couple people ask if I'd be their D.G. but I'll wait until I can see if I can handle the work load before taking on more.

I can't grow at home cos of kids etc. I'm looking for an established DG. Know any that I could chat with?

I'm not exactly clear what you're talking about as your comments seem to contradict themselves. What info are you looking for exactly? It sounds like you're trying to set up a business, which is a competitive space & you aren't likely to find strangers that are willing to help you develop a business plan.

He's looking for someone to grow for him.

That boat left the dock a few years ago...

The way this is worded I assumed he wanted to apply to be my DG. By personal license I assume he means a PPL & now wants to get a DG license. The follow up is confusing but I take it to mean that he plans to rent somewhere to grow but you could equally be right...

Not sure why there is confusion. I have applied for a PPL. I want to also eventually want to get a DG license. What I'm looking for are other DGs in my area. I'd like to maybe team up on a space to grow. Maybe even put together a turn key space where DGs could rent dedicated space for growing. Such spaces exist in Toronto but that doesn't help me in London.

Aah...my bad. Finding a landlord willing to rent you space for cannabis cultivation is like finding a needle in a haystack. Trust me. I spent a couple years looking for space. Once I found one and convinced the owner it was legal, he evicted me a year later because his insurance company was going to revoke coverage on the entire building if I was allowed to continue growing.

The whole designated grower situation was what I was referring to...it was a lucrative way to grow legally...kinda. The grow was legal but the selling was not. Since most patients received their meds at little to no cost, the DG made their money selling the overage to the black market or dispensaries.

Most of the dispensaries have since been busted and the wholesale price of cannabis keeps going down. Its no longer the great idea it use to be...the boat left the dock.
