hellllp! need some suggestions on stealth grow box

hey guys currently i have a metal cabinet 7' tall 18 inches deep and 46inch long
i started my first grow with 2 large plants, after doing some reading on RIU ive decided i want to do a SCRog set up. I'll post some pics put basically im wanting to know if i can split the cabinet into 2 layers soi can have a top and bottom grow room or veg room. also whats the max plants for best yield in this set up.

by the way i have a 400 watt hps right now. was considering CFL for the second room or a lower power hps cause i want to keep the electricity down

my fist grow was in a wardrobe bout same size. I got bout 6 plants in there under a 400w but it got way too hot and i bought a tent lol.

I would move the ballast outside of the box.

i would but it really doesnt get hot at all considering its sittiting right infront of the intake which is taking cold air from outside in. so far alll my temps are always around 80

Is that a locker!? I was thinkin of doing that with one that I have! you could make a 3' veg space on top, powered by cfl's, and a 4' flower space in the bottom...

was really hoping for two flowering rooms think thats enough space? althougha mother and clone room would be pretty helpful. hmmmm..

well split it in half and you have 2x, 3 1/2 ft. space...remember to consider the hps, and the distance it would have to be from the plants...

closest I've seen is 6" from the tops...
