Heaven, Hell, and the Devil aren't real, but God is?

Wow, that's quite a journey. Sounds like you've wrestled with some big questions, and that experience in the dark...intense. Glad you found some peace, even if it challenged your long-held beliefs.

I agree. But before my wife's sugar went crazy, we used to make those mug cakes in the nuker. You can buy the mix, or just mix AFC mix equal parts with any other kind of cake mix. So it is good for something.

Recipe is 3/2/1. Three TBS water (or coffee), two TBS cake mix, one minute in the nuker.
 
You can live in either a heaven or a hell realm whilst still a mortal unraptured human, that's what I believe that doesn't necessarily jive with christianity and you need to be paying attention to this life which is all you have and not any other sort of promise of reward of a binary heaven or hell system afterward, sin against "god" is one thing because we do not know god exists but sin against man is worse because we know man exists. And I believe satan or whatever it's root origin word is is actually a word that means distraction or temptation according to judaism

John, the Greek Judean who wrote Revelation chose Megiddo for his mythical final battle because of it's location on the international road between Judea and the Northern Kingdom. (and between Egypt and Assyria) Over the centuries this is the way invading armies came, so it was a place his readers would recognize and would associate with calamity.

Here is a really good look at the digs that have gone on in the city. It was occupied from early bronze up until the Chicago dig in the first half of the 20th century. Really the only site like it that can be gotten to. (and has a special place in my heart because Pharos Tutmose III conquered the town, then wrote about it)


The gospels, especially the synoptics, are examples of some of the best classic Greek literature. You really should read a better translation than KJV.

Fucking-a. Well said stoner dude..........all that f'ing whooey. Christianity is a formidable cult. I've been there......Catholic school........Goth city. After that I tapped the f out. Hey, if it gets you through the night,cool. I'm still bitter after

I dunno. Only time I felt I met the devil was when I tripped on shrooms. Sometimes smoking weed makes me more aware of my own devils, but it always makes me aware of my own angels at the same time as well. Most of the time its a matter of making sure to nurture and give good care to the latter. You can listen to the devils too and it can motivate you but the carrot at the end of the stick is always something of this material world and thus it is by definition not divine. Not that that ever stopped no one lol. Idk.You can transmute a devil into an angel I guess that's the goal. Just make shiz better in some way during this lifetime and you'll get rewarded with a better reincarnation or some shiz. Your own growth as a human being is actually also what's divine and that's outcome-independent for so many boxes people make to check for themselves. You can check a lot of the boxes and still not have grown much as a human. I could have a lot more money than I do, but would that mean I'm a better person? Not necessarily. Idk. $0.02.
