Hello Jacob,
i bought allready 3 times from tme.eu, and every time i had to pay the VAT. In my case the VAT is 19% for my country(germany) and i dont own a comapany too.
So now i wonder, how it is possbile that you dont have to pay VAT? Should i call tme.eu and tell them that im a privat person(not a company) and then i dont have to pay VAT for my next order?
I thought we have always to pay VAT in europa

Hello Jacob:)

No i never talked with them before i did a order, ok thanks please tell me if it works for you in future.

My DIY Lamp still works good, yesterday i finished my first grow with it. But i have to say in the grow room was not only my DIY lamp, i had some good mono lights there too.
My next grow will be only with DIY lights I bought allready many parts to build a new Lamp (many bars, i wanne build), but i have still to wait for some parts :(

Ok, then.
You didn't tell the whole story to start with ... but :

- Jerry is immune to anything in europe, china doesn't care if an EU country doesn't charge you VAT. It might not be the same for a company in another EU country. EU countries are much more likely to work together ..

- If all 3 orders are shipped together, you legally are meant to pay VAT, if you get thru without, good for you of course.

- Saying you do not need to be chaperoned is as accurate as this guys T-shirt :

:peace:

you sure can scan your last invoices from tme, can you? i just ordered from them and i paid VAT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE IN THE EU IS SUPPOSED TO. you ALWAYS need to pay the VAT of the country you ordered in!
