Heated propagation trays, are they worth the $$$$

I've seen a lot of these heated propagation trays that are supposed to increase the odds of successfully starting seedlings but @ $35-$70 (http://homeharvest.com/propagationaids.htm), are these bad mammer jammers worth it? So far a 20 oz cut off coke bottle is my propagation tray and haven't had any problems but I like new toys to play with.

better for cloning but bottom heat will speed up root growth if your room is to cold. I wouldn't use the dome for seedlings though.
