Please try sticking to one thread at a time for the same plant problems you're facing. The same suggestions are being given to you in both threads.
If your plants are suffering from over-watering, water them less. If the temperature is too high in your grow environment, add some cooling. If your plants are suffering from nute burn, stop feeding them for a week, and just give them pH'd water.
Transplanting is necessary when the pots the plants are being grown in are too small for the plants' root systems to develop, which can cause stunted growth.
No one will give you an accurate diagnosis without seeing pictures of the plants no matter how many times you start new threads.
