Heat problem

Hey! I am having issues keeping my heat down, right now its running from 85 - 90 :( I'm growing in a 36"H 18"W 16"D cab with 6 cfls , 2 2700 and 4 6500, only 12 days in to the grow. My plant looks fine but I'm worried what the future will hold with these kinds of heat( it's a auto and I know they can be quite sensitive ) . Currently I have a 35 cfm intake fan and a 75 cfm exhaust fan, plus a 6" osculating fan. The room temp runs from about 75 to 80, I live above a pizza shack and when they fire the ovens up it's hard to keep my room temps down. So I guess my question is - is 10 degrees above room temp for that size space/lights normal, will putting more intake/exhaust fans in make much of a difference. and on a side note, what's the heat difference between the cfls I have and a 150 hps? Any help is appreciated!

There isn't too much of a heat difference with all of the CFL's running, HPS does still run slightly hotter.

I would just recommend with running ducting from the exhaust fan out a window, or from the window to the intake fan. This will allow the heat to completely leave the room (or heat to stay in the room, but cool air to come into the grow chamber). Getting rid of the exhaust is always better so that heat does not build up in the room. Even with the biggest best fans, you will not be able to cool that grow room any cooler than the ambient temperature in the room it sits in. Fix either the point where the intake air comes from, or where the exhaust air goes to. This should help cure things up. Hope this helps! -Cheif

That would be perfect, only problem is it's in a stealth dresser type thing and as soon as that dresser has ducting running to the window it loses it "stealth" lol any ideas on how to vent the air in/out that wouldn't be suspicious?

Think outside the box... You really need to figure out a way to get your temps down... At 85+ to 90+ [you see 90, in corner it's 95] Your plants will suffer, not develop a good root system, and give you a below normal, yield... If I was sure the CO2 bucket system works, I'd recommend one... Good Luck...
