Heat Problem, Should I be worried?

Ok so I keep reading about people who are pretty paranoid about getting caught through infared cameras on helicopters and it is starting to make me paranoid! After doing a little research, I found that it was deemed unconstitutional to use the cameras to find grow houses without first obtaining a warrent, however, I dont see anything that would stop them from finding a suspicious house, then getting a warrant and saying it was legit from the start....but who knows.

Anyways, first of all, could I get caught?? I have my lights on timers with their on time during the day and have my light ventilated, with the exhaust going through my attic. Normally, people say this will get you caught, however, its in the 90's here temperature wise, and it will only get hotter as the summer approaches, so would it even be possible for the cameras to see the difference between the natural heat coming off of my roof, and the heat of my lights being pumped into the attic??

Ya have to have 15 1000 watters going for the heat to show up unusual. 1 light wont alarm them at all.
