Heat and bug control problems, with pics! Please help!!!

I have 2 grow cabinets inside of a storage shed and the shed itself is getting really hot which means my cabinets are getting hot, i have ventalation for the cabinet but not really for the shed, so what could i do to keep the shed cooler or better ways to ventalate it? Im also having a problem with some type of flying bug almost a mix between a fly and a mosquito, ive used garlic sprays and another inesct killer spray but they wont go away and i want them gone because i feel like theyre doing damage to the plants, so please help me!!!

Your plants need more (N) in the nutes. Get any insect killer plant that can be used to eatable foods.. e.g tomatoes. For the heat, id try getting a few more fans

ya but if i get more fans then id just be blowing around hot air, what can i get that will get fresh air in the shed other than a air conditioner?

cut a hole and use ventilation and use a fan to transport air from 1 area to another

your wanting miracles man. The ONLY thing you can do is add a small window ac or one of the portable ones. As far the bugs go, go to walmart or similar and buy Hotshot No pest strip and hang one up, it works great and is only around $5.00. Good Luck

ya i havnt got the pest strips but my buddy says they control it pretty good, he has the ones you just stick in the dirt. but about the ventilation i can cut a whole in the shed, if anywhere i would rather do it in the roof, so i was thinking would one of these work: http://www.acehardware.com/product/...ation&origkw=ventilation&searchId=49343359293 if not please help, sooner would be better cause its gettin hot!!!
