You shouldnt workout more than 2 hours a day. If you exhaust your body it will probably go catabolic and you dont want that.

when i take the winter off or w.e and then start back up my joints hurt alil but after awhile they are fine. after one or two workout sessions my muscles are sore but eventually get used to it. Not to mention i take glutamine and every supp there is to combat catabolism and have an anabolic effect. Glutamine, protien, and some type of sugarless carb should always be in your stomach after a WO....trust me this shit works wonders with soreness and building muscle.

If i took like 3 cycles of steroids i would look like this... But then again ive been training hard for the past 4 years and started working out when i was 13...so your base needs to be a hell of alot stronger than it is to look like this... not to mention your diet has to be top notch to even think about having a Bf% like that

do you think this is possible look at the date
this is how i see my bodytype the 1's on the left and the bottom
me and the wife plan on hitting the gym every day untill march of 2011
trust me or not the old lady looks real good we are so odd together
but i would love to have a muscle build
i am 6'1" 280
never done any type of sports my whole life
but people have always asked me my whole life if i played football
i even have some people tell me that i look like i have muscle a build
but no i'm a big fat rolly polly

i get tired of people telling me "dame bro i wish i had your size and look i would be solid muscle" i'v always wanted to have a shirt off summer so now i plan on giving it my best shot

i wish they head a show on tv about muscle building
like how they have fat show, fit clubs and such
instead of the fat people loosing weight the focus on turning it into pure beast size muscle

who would want to look like they're on roids? you can tell the juicers at the gym. they go from big to small between cycles and when they are offseason, they look like shit. when they're on season, they feel like shit

Iv always been light usually 165~175 at 6'ft when I was younger I was even skinny-er cause we were poor. In HS I was never more than a bill fifty, it sucked cause I had to be a bud slangin' bone rack. I learned that you gotta roll with the meanest mother fuckers that will have ya

I'm an ectomorph myself. have a very fast metabolism and was always a hardgainer(as in hard to gain weight). I need to keep up on the protein just to keep my weight where it's at now. I be 5'11", and hover around 195-200 lbs.

by the way puffpuffpassedout, nice build man.

heres a pic I found that looks like it.And heres where I found the idea to hit it with a book lol.
My brother had a similar thing some time ago a bit higher up close to the wrist, he got it from the pin on his wristwatch sometimes hit the upside of his hand when he turned it in some angles or just by random while he was cheching the time.

in his case the lump was concisting of jointfluid building up. Its nothing serious but its something u dont wanna have :P

Anyway, he solved it by getting it drained at the doctor and started carrying his wristwatch on his right instead of left arm..that way the time/date pin is aimed towards the body instead of the hand.
