EVERY point is pretty much trumped by the fact that there is not ONE LP that's consistently providing quality meds...

God I hate lawyers for the most part. The first 3 paragraphs are essentially them calling the plaintiffs liars, makes me sick. Also where the fuck do they get their black market prices from? Considering they're essentially saying that since the plaintiff said that if they cannot get an LP to accommodate they would have to purchase from the black market, which is more expensive according to these greasy pricks. I don't see that holding any value whatsoever on HC's behalf.

The black market thing has been brought up quite a few times on this sub-forum.
For those of us in Ontario it's expensive. If you aren't buying large quantities, $10 a gram is very common, if not more than that.

This is true. For a lot of the country (ie. outside of BC) if you are buying half-ounces or less on the black market, you are paying $9-10/gram.

As I said, it's been covered here quite a few times and it's a reality.
The CC in London sells for cheaper than the street, but many street prices are much higher than expected.

I think that may be a bit high...it's less around here. Lately I've seen BL prices as low as $2.67g. And it looked pretty decent. I didn't try it but have seen way worse.

I just thought it was funny how they kept bringing up the fire/mould arguments again and again with absolutely no evidence, but you should believe our "expert witness". Also the last like 4 paragraphs are just a bitch fit about how damaging the injunction has been to the MMPR. "Boo hoo we didn't get to force 40,000+ people to pay artifically inflated prices for medicine".

Page 10, part 33: "On March 21st 2014, the judge granted limited relief to the plaintiffs, and to a large class of medical marihuana users who were not before the court, by perserving rights under MMAR September 30th 2013"

HC Website : http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/marihuana/index-eng.php
  • Individuals must have held a valid Authorizations to Possess under the MMAR on March 21, 2014.
  • Individuals must have held a valid Personal-Use Production Licence or Designated-Person Production Licence under the MMAR on, or after, September 30, 2013, where there is also an associated valid ATP as of March 21, 2014.
So witch is it Health Canada, September 30th 2013 or March 21st 2014...get your shit together. First HC says on there site March 21st 2014 now in the most recent document its back to Septemeber 30th 2013? or is it just those clients...i believe its the program
