The bottom line here is the prices should be the same or a bit higher here than in California due to the supply being much much lower as well as the demand.

LOL @ trying to price fix this particular product. Seriously, only a dingbat would think there is any future in discussing this.

Just to be clear, Supply and Demand do work inversely of each other to effect price. If they both move in the same direction, than price would theoretically remain the same.

Price = X
Should (Supply -Y) and (Demand -Y) than Price would still = X

The way it plays out in AZ is that there is more Demand for our limited domestic Supply - therefore we still need import a lot of our Supply which drives the cost higher than that of CA.

CA is the #1 exporter of high grade meds, they have a very HIGH supply (pun partially intended), that is why costs are most competitive in CA.

AZ has a long way to go in order to fully support our Demand with our own AZ produced Supply.

AZ has better street than they do in" prop compliant " businesses(YES THATS RIGHT BUSINESSES) I can't find bud that i get fun high off anymore. but the street here is the best cuz it all comes from the dispensaries in Cali
partly due to cali has some amazing potential for outdoor grows and they get to use it If anyone tried that here theyd get busted faster than a white guy that says the n word in a black strip club

I agree and don't believe for a single minute that any Dispensary will have enough meds to provide for all its patients.

Prices may end up being slightly higher, but the quality is much, MUCH lower.
Here is the formula"

Garbage Bud + Unsuspecting Patients =Profiteering Douches

When one metro location starts selling real quality, the rest will catch on i.e. be forced to measure up to the mark.
This will most likely lead to cut exchange because every have-not thinks exclusion is some sort of sin...

You gotta get off the net and get into the industry more. We have some great growers in this town and the quality is out there. Its just never going to be enough to get to all patients.

Good herb is here. The Genetics are what the genetics are. It's all here. Just in lower amounts.

They will only be forced to measure up to the mark as long as the quantity of quality product can be sustained, and any real quality will be gone like hotcakes, or will be priced such so as to prevent it going like hotcakes.

Get into the industry... Good one LV... I will go apply for a cultivation position through FB ASAP.
You are right quality and growers are here.
Finding the limited producers who actually know what they have is the key, expanding horizons.
This would require opening your mind so I would not expect too much from you.
Exclusivity does not mean lack of supply. But you know everyone so what I am saying...

Wow, the above vid says that prosecutors will NOT be going after dispensaries. And on another note, i'm a beginner in this since last year and those plants in the grow room they showed are pitiful compared to my newbie status grow. I feel better already :)

They said the STATE prosecutors will no go after dispensaries. This is because it does not fall under their jurisdiction because it is not a violation of state law. It is the federal prosecutors which could go after them because it is federal law they are violating. Its really funny to see all these white conservative assholes claiming federal jurisdiction over our mmj program it takes a real spineless piece of shit with no moral code or integrity to applied conflicting ideal when it matches your dogmatic bullshit.

On another note was that grow facility with the cheap tents and shitty plant CFCC. I think so Mr. Gaines if you are reading this and that is your facility, thenyour in much worse shape then I thought. Get some real cultivators in there and clean up that messn

MJ dispensaries are a godsend for AZ MJ growers.

Dispensaries are CASH businesses (banks and credit card companies have been warned not to enable federal Controlled Substance Act violations by doing biz with dope dispensaries) and there is NO LIMIT on the amount of pot a dispensary can grow. How long before organized crime picks up this good shit???

The poli (both feds and local) are going to have their hands full just handling the problems associated with AZ MJ dispensaries - they won't have the time or manpower to fuck with common home growers. Every County Attorney in the Sate of AZ has filed a complaint with the AZ Governor about opening MJ dispensaries.

What would YOU do if you were a cop and wanted to make some easy tax evasion / money-laundering busts and property seizures???

Anybody who would openly associate with an MJ dispensary is shouting out "Hey Sheriff Arpaio! Bust ME!"

AZ is the land of right-wing facist retired white geezers who think it is just fine for the cops to shake down brown-skinned people and carry guns into bars. Anybody who would put his/her name on a pot-pushing shop is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too stoned.

Yea except Dispensaries have to track all of their meds from clone and can only have their Dispensary agents grow it.

Yeah, that's all great. One little book-keeping mistake and Ms. Dispensary Owner just committed a Class 2 felony (according to the AZ Medical Marijuana Rules).

Go talk to any AZ pawnshop owner and those guys will tell you non-stop stories of Arpaio's deputies CONSTANTLY climbing up their asses and FINING THEM $1000 for every tiny little book-keeping irregularity (they just pay - it's much cheaper than hiring a lawyer).

Check out this weeks issue of Rolling Stone about Joe "Internationally Famous Asshole" Arpaio. Arpaio gets FREE INTERNATIONAL PUBLICITY for this shit, get it? He loves public controversy.

What is a dispensary owner going to do when one of Joe's Dumbfuck Nazis stops in every month and says "Show me your records. Hmmmmmm, ... looks to me like you been breakin' the law. Pay up $1000 or defend against Class 2 felony." What are they going to do? Hire a lawyer and defend OR pay off the pigz?

I agee with you but here is a couple of things.

1. Everything is monitored by DHS via a tracking system and security

2. Anyone opening a Dispensary that doesn't have a lawyer on retainer is a fool

3. Arpaio has said he will do whatever the state law tells him to. At this point, that's stay the fuck out of patients access to meds.

We will see how this whole thing goes down.
