head of sprout snapped... toss or leave? (With pic)

ok so its sad storry my sprout somehow snapped...

It had leaves but bow its completely gone i ll post a pic

I'd just start over. Don't waste time waiting for it to potentially recover. It'd be quicker to pop a new one.

yeah, thats usually the end, they need roots AND leaves to feed each other at first, if it had an established root system, i'd say set it aside and wait for it to start growing again, but thats too young, move on
