hay guys, i havent been on in a olong time!!

well, i am sad to say that my summer grow went horribly wrong, i had my 2 plants in 5 gallon buckets, and i went to transplant them into the ground and they got shocked and died, they were about 4 feet tall, so i was sad for a while, but next summer, im gonna do a whole lot better, i promise, i felt like a failure when i killed my plants
!!ooohhh, wats the difference between a big marijuana seed, and a small one, cuzz i get small ones, but i saw a big one the other day, like as big as my pinkie nail, and i was wondering how they got that big, answer would be much appreciated, thanx guys

Sorry to hear about your summer grow. So very unexpected for plants to die because you put them in nature.

There is no real difference, I mean, the same strain with identical genetic expression can be grown from a small or a big seed. The bigger one just has more seed pulp, but this does not influence the growth in any way.

Also, i'm not 110% but i think that indicas seeds are generally much smaller than sativas. But with most weed being an indica/sativa cross ... i guess its kind of a moo-cow point.

smaller and paler colored seeds are under developed, therefore less likely to grow uniformly with the mother, and run a higher risk of mutation.

so how would i be able to get a bigger seed out of my plants?and how do i make feminized seeds, ive heard of a process called rodelization, where u dont harvest ur plants for 2-3 weeks after regular harvest time, then the plants grow female pollen sacks, well how would i pollinate my buds with that pollen, without ruining my buds!!?

Rodelization guarantees 80% female seeds. Pluck the pollen sacks 1 week before they open. Away from the plant extract the pollen and then pollinate 1-2 branches.

Another thing I've heard just now is using ethylene. Add green banana peels, apple or cucumber peelings in an open plastic ziplock bag with seeds. The ethylene will induce female expression in seeds so that 70-80% of the seeds will end up as females.
