Hawaiian Baby Woodrose

Hello everybody.

I just ordered some 20 fresh seeds of Hawaiian Baby Woodrose (HBW), 2 for growing, 18 for eating (splitting them with my girlfriend).

As I understood, HBW seeds have the highest concentration of LSA (the compound from which LSD is made from) off any plant/seed in the world.

The way one uses these is the following:

Remove the thick outer shell.

For a first time, you take 2 seeds, to check your sensibility. The seeds have to be chewed for 10-15 min, so LSA can be absorbed by saliva.

After you've checked your resistance, you can go for the big prize. 4-6 will induce a mild trip, 6-8 a medium one, over 8 a strong one. I've been told not to go over 12.

I've also heard of a tea you can prepare with these seeds: Boil water, then let it cool down to 60C (LSA is destroyed at temps higher then 65C), let the seeds stay in the water for 1 1/2 h. Drink up.

The trip is supposed to last 4-8 hours. Side effects may include nausea (that's why it's recommended not to eat for 6h before chewing the seeds), and headaches after the effects wear off.

I'd like to know if anyone has ever experimented with these seeds and has any recommendations/suggestions/tips.

How is the trip compared to one induced by LSD/strong shrooms/salvia divinorum?
Can the effects be hightened by the use of other substances (cannabis/salvia/shrooms)?

I will be giving a full, detailed description of the event once the seeds arrive and I get down to business.

I've taken about 20 of these in one go. I've also taken them with two random people and the effects I describe are ones I've seen as common among all three, so I know it's a general reaction.

I just chew them up really, really well - chew for a minute or two longer than you think they need, so they disintegrate to paste.

First of all, you need to be sure they're actually genuine seeds. If they are, they won't taste so great when you eat them - maybe bitter and like you've licked a bar of soap.

These seeds produce some of the most long lived nausea I've felt. It can last ten hours or more. Your mouth might start to feel soapy and dry, and your skin can feel dry and like you want to wet it and have a breeze cool it off. I've felt sick almost every time I've taken them and only been sick when I took 20 or so. The time I took them with two other people (about 12 to 14 each and chewed up), I watched them become increasingly ill, both of them being sick, one within maybe two hours and the other about nine hours later after holding it back. This time it was strange because I didn't feel any nausea at all - I was happily surprized because I'd felt the tell tale stomach tightness as my friends had started going that way, and I knew what'd been like before. Maybe it was something I'd eaten, but it didn't really get to me. These were randomly mixed up seeds from the same source as those that'd made me sick on 20 or so and feel really ill with 8 before, and that were now making my friends vomit, so it's unlikely it was just the particular seeds I'd had. I know that I hadn't had much to eat that day and was in a very positive and happy mood to be seeing my friends again.

There is a serious urge to continually stretch out muscles and writhe around. You want to press the soles of your feet and palms against resistance - but not in the xtc way, more like that feeling you get when you yawn and stretch first thing in the morning.

It's possible all of those effects are due to the cyanogenic compounds in them, they're all similar to being poisoned with cyanide - nausea, muscles feeling strange, feeling flush. Cyanide is not an accumulative poison like lead. So long as you don't die (which you won't on some HBWR seeds), the body breaks it down into things it needs. A lot of plants contain cyanide type compounds. They're stored as inactive versions in the plant to avoid them getting in the way of the plant's metabolism. When something chews the plant, they mix with an enzyme also stored in the plant and that enzyme breaks the compounds down into the cyanide - the act of chewing it generates and releases the toxin.

If you're sick, the positive effects of the seeds seem to end quite sharply.

The seeds are never particularly visual, even with 20. You won't get close to the same visuals you do from mushrooms or standardized salvia. What I've noticed is perhaps some more colorful imagery with my eyes closed than I would normally get. I couldn't really see it, but I could experience it (not behind my eye lids, but inside my mind). It can also take a while for your to daydream into the close eye thing. Unlike mushrooms and other hallucinogens, I didn't see faces but abstract 3D renderings almost like a computer would make. For me I saw (I don't even like saying saw) some kind of cone or vortex over a surface, lights were glowing from inside it and it was revolving. In another image I saw some kind of tube or cylinder over another surface with a sense of liquid and clouds. Lightning type bolts were sparking away from it. It's very difficult to describe the visuals, they're not really tricks of your eye, but more like the 'images' you think about as you fall asleep.

With your eyes open, you're probably not ever going to see anything morphing or appearing. What I noticed was that reflections of light seemed to take on a subtle sparkle that wasn't normal - like they were reflecting from ice crystals. My senses felt heightend, my feet would tingle even 12 or more hours later and a hot sugary drink the next morning felt amazing - I didn't sleep, it's nearly impossible to lie still unless you sick it up.

This was about all I saw visually. I've taken a lot of mushrooms and doses coming up on three eigths or a half ounce, as well as trying lots of other things. But the sensory changes, even though they were not even close to the others in intensity, were some of the only ones I would describe as beautiful. The world seemed fresh and alive, clean and pure and full of energy like it does to children.

The time I'd taken them and not felt nausea was around eight or nine at night. Everyone else went to sleep and I was left in the dark wriggling around in bed. The next day was when the effects were most pleasant - the summer sun sparkling off the pavements and floor.

The effects lasted a long, long time. I've never been disorientated at all when I've taken them or felt scrambled into not being able to communicate with people outside, just maybe feeling sick once or twice. My pupils dilated a little on 12 to 14. At 20 I didn't look in the mirror, but going outside felt like I was being hit with a laser the sun was so intense. It's nothing compared to xtc for the wide eyed look.

The time I felt no nausea, the effects last well into 24 hours. They weren't intense, obvious effects, but a sense of my nervous system still tingling and things sparkling in an almost undetectable but pretty way.

I took them with my girlfriend that time. She was the one being sick soon after. It didn't make either of us want sex and I felt bad for her because I don't think she was used to handling serious nausea. By far the best drug to take with a girl is xtc - it's an important experience I would say you've missed out on as a human if you don't try it at some point with someone you're very close to, be you young or old.

My advice would be, take them before lunch time on a sunny, warm day. Chew them to mush and try to ignore any nausea you feel. Having a smoke might help. You'll need to hold down the mush for the entire thing if you want to feel what I've described. The best effects only really come once the nausea has worn off, which might take ten hours or more - but I can still feel a freshness about my body a day or two later.

Saying they last six hours is like saying xtc only lasts a few. That's only true if you're only interested in the hard rush come up of taking a handful of pills. Anyone who's rolled with xtc will know that the effect is much, much longer lived than the initial three to four hour rush, and the second part is usually the nicest part of it when you don't have to worry about the intense changes you feel as it starts, so you can talk and play around more freely.

Like xtc, you won't feel like eating or drinking much once you've swallowed them.

those look like they could be right. when you get them, if you look at the seed hulls really closely some of them might have a tiny amount of fluff on them. you'll know after you take them. if you feel absolutely nothing a few hours later, it's not them. you should definitely feel something after two or three hours

it's not going to hit you in the face like an xtc rush, so don't stress about that
