Having trouble with mini split

So I have a 2 ton daikin to my 4 1k hps room and everything has been going off without a hitch till the other nite when it mysteriously shut off. I hit the remote/ temp gage everyday to time off at 12 hrs. Depending on if I remember at the moment. So the only reason I could figure that it would be shutting off is that I have my dehu drainage line running to the condensate pump for the ac so maybe it backing up the pump and not moving moisture out of the ac unit causing it to shut off. I dont know though, u it is basically brand new. Any input would be appreciated.
