Having problems sexing

I'm having problems determining the sex of my two plants. they are about 1 month old and due to a more northern latitude they are both stunted, but coming along nicely i think.
This is my first grow and im learning as i go.
Also i have about a 3 foot height restriction so i topped them both yesterday and began somewhat of a LST on them, Im not sure it was the right time though. ANY tips or recommendations throughout this grow would be very helpful, let me know what you think and what i should do to keep these little guys alive, heres some pics from today.
1) i think this one is indica 2) satvia?
If the pictures arent close enough let me know and ill get more, or are they too young to show signs? Thanks in advance.

Google sexing marijuana and look at the images post. You can usually tell sex in about a month.

just googled it, neither of them seem to have sacs on them and both have 2 little pistil looking things, but they are green and not white, will the white piece come later?
