Looks like you got nutrient burn pretty bad

second time around haven't added any nutrients my high temp is about 90I'm using fox farm ocean blend for my soil

and don't see how it can be too strong because I'm in 2 months of flowering everytime i water I make sure some water goes into the drip tre
Well, I don't think it's nute burn or hot soil.
We know that 90 is above our optimum temp so let's start getting that down by 10 deg F or so.
