Have you Steamed your plants to kill bugs?

Please get back to me and tell me if you have been succesful or not.

Im thinking of trying this with a low powerd steamer on my plants.
I know itll kill the mites, but i dont know if it can be done safely with out harming the plants.


Iv been battling with some kinda mites that look like spider mites but i havent seen any webs.

Steam by definition is 212 deg F which will cook your plants. I'd try organic/surfactant measures first.
But that's me.

Have you tried just a surface mist for gettin rid of the bugs? alot less stress on the plants. I wouldn't try steaming them without trying the known solutions first.
