in all seriousness tho, just go see a doctor buddy, my friend was smoking too many cigs and drinkin too much coffey, that made him all tingly and dizy when he stood up, so my advice is watch what you put in your body, water is very important, get well.

Smoking can effect circulation. If you are just laying on a couch focusing on how your left arm is going to sleep wondering when your going to have a heart attack it probably seems worse. Try switching strains. It happens to me but I focus on something else and it goes away.

I am too lazy to read this entire thread, but a lot of nutrients have heavy metals in them. Especially heavy bloom boosters with super high NPK ratios. These nutrients do not get properly leached, as it is near impossible to get these heavy metals from your plants cells.

Then you smoke these heavy metals for years and years, and what are some of the symptoms of injesting heavy metals? Pins and needle feelings in your hands and feet, etc.

This is why you should grow you own and be careful as to what nutrients you use.

a few things to consider. when muscles which have been under tension for a long time finally relax there is generally pain and a pins and needles feeling. Ask any massage therapist about this and they will say the same.

Now, I do believe that anxious people can have negative reactions to marijuana because it makes them focus on the problem. Anxiety disorders can inevitably lead to things like OCD very naturally. This is because anxiety is generally about a fixation with something (generally something which makes one feel fearful). So. A few basic things. When we experience fear (or the the flight or fight instict) our body produces adrenaline because we are ready to kick some ass. However this shot of adrenaline does little good when we are kicking back taking bonghits and watching Ren and Stimpy. Therefore it builds up, and can result in those instances where you have to stand up, gather your thoughts, and get rid of some excess energy. Adrenaline also makes us feel tingly as it is usually accompanied with an increase in heart rate.

As someone who has had to deal with people with anxiety disorders in my life. I would say. The first thing to think when you are getting these symptoms is to relax. Freaking out will only increase your heartrate, and adrenaline and put you in the never ending cycle of fear. good luck. there are millions of people who encounter the same problems.

has nothing to do with weed, u just think about it probably subconciously after smoking. It has something to do with your blood flow, vein restriction, or blood clott

check out this list of symptoms and see if they ring true with what you're experiencing.

Anxiety & Panic Attacks Symptoms

If so. Then google out ways how to combat anxiety. Whatever you do. If it comes to the point where you see a doctor, they will inevitably refer you to a psychiatrist who will then just feed some paxil. Refuse to take any anxiety medication. Trust me, these drugs are not only worthless, they are also habit forming and you go through severe withdrawl symptoms when you quit (that's why people on prescription meds for depression keep changing medications instead of quitting them). The first thing to know when you feel a panic attack coming on is to self realise the symptoms you are experiencing, gather your thoughts, take a deep breath and let it play itself out. Like I said before. Millions of people have these same symptoms. You are not dying! no matter how convinced you might try to make yourself think that. :)

now watch this video after a few bonghits

YouTube - High as Fuck

Sounds like you have some nitrate poisoning this will cause peripheral nerve damage and weird oxygen deprivation.
