Has anyone seen this before (WTF)

Just checked on my delahaze plant thats growing in an areogarden (trying 4 different plants planted at the same time, 2 in the areogarden and 2 in soil just wanted to see the difference in growth) and saw this. was wondering if anyone has ever experienced this before ?

I have that going on all of my NLxcritical. Wasn't sure if it was a trait or from the cloning process... But it sure does make for some sturdy branches... Think of it as a natural guesset

No i grew it from a seed. did some research and found out its happens sometimes some say its a good trait its the plant getting itself ready to support the bud. just never saw a node that swollen before.
