My buddy routinely flys from ON to AB and he just puts it in his luggage, not in carry on.

He's not a medical user..

I've thought about it but that feeling quickly passes. While yes I am legal, would I go to the trouble for a joint.......not likely....its not yet that socially accepted so should you be stopped you would need explain then wait........ and I could only imagine the wasted hours trying to get in touch with H.C. to verify your information... not to mention the high likelihood that this stopping, to search you, would most likely result in more frequent stops and searches to make sure your not over your weight limits. That said you could get it wherever you go , or send it to yourself.

Take your paper work and your carry on and hold it up as you pass through security check point. The folks will treat it like any other prescription. Because it is. remember our medical marijuana program is federal!

I have flown with up to a pound, all you need to do is have paperwork in hand and say you have medication. In larger airports they usualy call rcmp to verify your licence. This will create a delay give a extra half hour for this. It has to be in your carry on and i recommend mason jars to keep the smell down. They cannot do shit, but airports do not have policies for cannabis patients so they call rcmp.
