Has anyone dimmed 3 drivers using a potentiometer. I understand meanwells formula calls for a 33k but from what I've read that's not it.

Yea there are 33k pots. I just heard there was a problem with meanwells equation of dimming multiple drivers, namely 3 and 6 drivers.

I tried dimming 2xhlg185 +1xhlg250 on a single 33k pot. A $7 pot. It wasn't a big success. The two 185s dimmed reasonably well but the 240 driver was way out of sync off the other 2. I went back to individual pots.
I guess it would have worked fine on 3 identical drivers.
Also tried a 50k pot on the 3 drivers and cobkits is right ofcourse.
My suggestion is you get quality and accurate pot. A tiny deviation off 33k will have noticeable effect when turning the knob.
Examle: a crappy pot might be 30k. The drivers will max out at 90% of the dial.
