HARVESTING is killing me

I have never heard of hourly pay for trimmers.......200 a lb. is the standard that I know.

NEVER heard of it? right dude. Some trim dry and some trim wet. I aint paying 200 $ a lb for wet weight. 20$hr = 240$ for 12 hours. A good trimmer can trim 1lb in 12 hours. But you've NEVER heard of it? right

I have heard of it as an idea but never seen it practiced. The 200 is per dry lb....cmon think.

what incentive does an hourly unemployed trimmer have to work fast? None.

when i called the magic trimmer ppl they said with their trimmer you can harvest the lb in like 4 hours so i aint paying 200 for each lb

that whip trimmer is interesting but I couldnt stand at a machine for hours trimming. I just sit on the couch watching tv. I perpetual just so I dont have to deal with more than a pound at a time. I hate trimming. I have a cheap chinese spinpro knockoff that all my larf and popcorn goes through. I like it . I doesnt beat up the buds to bad and the trim is all right there afterwards.

im just going to say if u don't like trimming...... then grow SOG STYLE. then u will be trimming str8 COLAS. meaning no nonsense little buds and shit.. takes less time to trim.. and weights always nice with SOGs. ill show u guys with my little room.. my big room is 3000w . my small room is 1000w. and my little room is 400w . we shall see what happens.. but trimming for me is always done DRY.. because the smell and taste are preserved more that way.. and for me that's the entire reason for growing. I cant smoke the garbage in my AREA. and the other people who grow in my area are like in ther 30-40s and complete losers that still act like highschool kids.. only way im using machines or trimmers to trim my buds is if I do an outdoor run.. and its very successful.

now it sucks the price changed from 299 to 349

LOL, you have never had a job before? People work hard because of their ethics and character. Someone offers cash for work. It is called honor and also business. Some call it the Economy. How old are you? I pitty the youth of this country

8 dollars an hour, damn thats less than min wage, and works out to 5 british pounds, WOW no wonder they wanted more, thats crappy dude, esspecialy because ur not just payin them to sit around trimmin ur paying them for their silence aswell, i wouldnt insult anyone with less than 15 british pounds (22 dollars) per hour, as long as they could trim and not fuck it up, but 8 dollars is far to low, get some decent guys pay em proper money or bud and get the job done.

i personally am a very good trimmer i would say. and i would take bud in payment (dependent on how much i cut)
or MINIMUM S15/hr US cuz like the gentlemen said above you are paying for the skill and silence. if
its some shmow whos never cut a bud off a plant in his whole life. i guess u could pay him less.
but if the trimmer has any skill man come on..... obv everyones saying it 8 is literally a joke.

If I was unemployed again, I wouldn't mind $8/H for trimming
plus i'm around weed and likely will get a gram or so

make about triple that full time and even if unemployed would recieve alot more than 8/hr to do nothing.

I am on unemployment for 10 weeks a year, because of my seasonal employment contract. I average around $15.00 an hour to do nothing.
I pay my friend 1/2 oz a day to help me. Here in Colorado thats around $125.00, or around $20 an hour. Sometimes I just suck-it-up and do it myself if there is only a couple plants.
I would never employ anyone who would work for less, because if someone is that desperate, then they probably would do a lot of other things for money, like pocket some buds or reveal your grow, or rip you later.
Desperate times call for desperate measures. Would you rather have a friend who also grows help you out, or some desperate guy who needs $8.00 an hour?

exactly man. i would feel shady if someone even accepted a 8/hr offer cuz its like there just saying o fuck the 8/hr

ive had trim parties with my girl and good friends or siblings. ppl i trust cuz i dont wanna be looking @ them wondering if theyre stealing.
but if you pay a good friend or family member 20/hr u should have no issue. and if they dont know how to trim. teach em man...not rocket science.

theyll get it after the first ounze or so.
