Lay them out or rack dry them ..... if you are checking “ jarred “ Rh with a hygrometer , lay them out ( time ) based on number read inside jar. Then you can begin drying them in steps to targeted Rh.

Was your gelato harvest dried till stems snap when bent before you put into jar?

If yes, just keep curing it. If its too cold it will slow the cure process, too warm you lose terpenes.

If wasn't stem snap dry when jarred needs more drying. But that Might not help it. Could be ruined if it was in the jar for too long. If your chlorophyll smell resembles that of fresh cut grass youll never get it to be way better. A little bit, but most terpenes are gone.

Best way to dry is to hang branches on a line, or coat hanger etc. Temp between 70-80 F, a fan circulating the air and some ventilation. In 7-10 days bend a stem if it snaps you can start curing. If it bends but doesn't snap needs more time.
Curing is just opening the jar a few times a day. You might see moisture on the jar sides, open it and let it air out. An easy way to cure is use a boost or boveda bag. Put one in your jar it will maintain a constant moisture level.
