i have 2 cut all the leave now? i just cant take off the big leaves rite now and trim the rest later?

Yes always trim the buds down before drying because once it dries the leaves will shrink and stick to the buds and become more of a hassle.

Make sure you have good ventilation around those buds.

Everything else is looking good though, enjoy your fruits!

sort of wrong there. the way the op trimed those is exactly how u do a first trim. then he will do a final trim when stems are almost dried.
those should be awared as one of the best first trims ever.

Yes you can do it that way. But I prefer to trim it all down at once and dry it, I don't see any benefits from trimming twice. Trimming the first time is enough of a hassle, no need for a second trimming party.

Like I said you're doing fine! Just keep doing what you're doing! The only thing I would do differently is dry them in a cool, dry dark area. Make sure it is well ventilated. Maybe have some fans in there to keep the air flowing and keep an eye on the humidity. You'll dry it too fast outside and your finished product will be a little harsh. If that's all you got I'm sure it'll be fine! Enjoy!

I like to do a quick trim, just knock all the big shit off then hang it. Then have your "trim party" for a final trim. It's just the way I've found to work best FOR ME. Also helps with bigger harvests... But whatever works for u! I feel like the aroma is greater in the finished product my way for some reason also.
