Harvest time ??

This sativa green crack plant has been in flower 10 weeks and I like the energetic buzz not the couch kind of buzz. However I had to chop 18 inches off the top and half the sides so tall and bushy during stretch just to keep in a 80 inch tall tent. Now all smaller buds. I think ready to harvest any opions? I am 63 been growing long time but this one got me stumped keeps growing white hairs etc.

Maybe the plant as a whole looks different, but the bud in the pic is quite under-developed for 10 weeks; it looks predominately leaf material.
Are there other buds that look more mature?

Yea but they all popcorn buds. When I chopped off the top that was all the big flowers !! Learned a lesson new to tents always outside 10. -15 ft plants

That's a bummer.

Hindsight is 20/20, but if faced with the same situation, bending/breaking at 90° is a better solution once you're a few weeks into flowering.

This is wise counsel. That shot would indicate she’s got a ways to go yet.

Your pistils havent even receded.i would probably start counting feo. The day you cut the tops.bottom wasnt exposed to the light it stagnated

Biggest they are I chopped and dried few days ago to see how is. It’s awesome but harsh cause not cured

there is buds that pistils receded it’s they keep growing out white hairs and buds are small. But you all are right I started looking closely with jewel loupe. Plants not close to harvest Not like I’m used to. Must have went back in veg sometime ?? I was very busy for couple weeks last month.

you get milky before the pistils recede. difference is 30-50% more weight if you wait for it to grow around the pistils.
your high probably is super strong now but not super long
