Harvest question

Coming up on my first autoflower harvest and when checking trichomes some colas have many amber, well at 50% or more, and yet some very few amber if any.

I’m wondering if I wait for the ones to catch up will the thc diminish in the ones that are ready?

Should I harvest them now anyway or harvest them sequentially when ready?

Any advice?

Some pics would help. But the top buds will be more mature then the lower ones.

Harvest in layers, allowing light to penetrate and ripen the lower buds...will increase yield slightly as well.
Good luck.

Well it’s not just the ones at the bottom but also because of light distribution the left side (in the picture above) has more amber than the right.

also because of how they’re bent down from LST (ran out of room in the tent and leaves were showing heat stress) the tops look better than the underneath.

here’s some that I think are ready..

and some that I think arent..
