Harvest in the cold or warm?

Hey all. Strange question. Im ready to harvest my 1 plant but im un sure whats best... the temps change alot here from day to night...
Is it better if i harvest when its warm (in the evening) or is it better to do when its cold (in the morning)...

Its 23°c right now but in the morning at 5am its been 5°c... what temp is better for harvesting?
